Shipping Information
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
- All orders are shipped from Singapore. No customs charges, duties, or taxes apply to local orders.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery times are estimates. Over 80% of our orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.
- Once shipped, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. All orders are processed in sequence, with earlier orders typically handled first.
- Running Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for loss due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Freight Forwarders
Running Lab does not ship to freight forwarder addresses under any circumstances. Orders sent to a freight forwarding address will not be supported or assisted.

International Customs and/or Duties
Shipping fees at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
If your parcel is subject to customs inspection, any applicable fees must be paid before it is released. Running Lab does not cover these costs and is not liable for delays arising from customs procedures.
Unclaimed or refused parcels will be returned to Singapore and will not be re-shipped. Return shipping and any customs costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return Your Order

Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Fill in our Return Request Form and our team will review your request and confirm via email. Once approved, drop off your return at your chosen location.
Please note that returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
In-store Purchases
In-store Purchases
Products purchased in-store are non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Exchanges can be processed at any of our retail outlets. Please note that only in-store purchases are eligible for exchange. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store or through any other channel.
For enquiries about in-store exchanges, defects, or returns, we recommend contacting the relevant store directly.
International Returns
International Returns
International orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Fill in our Return Request Form and select Outdoor Venture Pte Ltd as your return location. Our team will follow up with the return address once your request is submitted.
Costs & Responsibilities
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
- If a parcel is refused or returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoe boxes, apparel packaging, and accessory packaging must be intact and free of marks, labels, tape, or damage, as packaging is considered part of the product. Returns may be refused if packaging is not in resaleable condition.
Shipping Your Return
- Use a trackable, insured service for all returns.
- If returning from outside Singapore, clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
- Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Running Lab.
- Running Lab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

- All items except nutrition and consumables are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges on online orders.

Refund Method
Refund Method
Eligible returns will be refunded as online store credit with a six-month validity period. Store credit will be added to your Running Lab account once your return is approved.
Store credit can be used on runninglab.com for any future order. It cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed at retail stores.
