How to Return Your Order

Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Fill up a Return Request Form and our team will review your request and reply with confirmation.
Orders returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Once approved, you may drop off your return at the chosen location.
In-store Purchase
In-store Purchase
Products purchased at our retail stores are non-refundable. However, exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the receipt date, provided the product is in its new and original condition with proof of purchase presented.
Exchanges can be processed at a different retail outlet, regardless of the reason.
Please note that only retail store purchases are eligible for exchange. Online purchases cannot be exchanged in-store or through any other channel.
For enquiries related to in-store exchanges, refunds, defects, or returns, we recommend calling the specific store directly.

- Fill in the Return Request Form for easy returns with us.
- We don’t offer exchanges on our platform. Certain stores may not carry the same sizes or models available online.
- Retail stores serve strictly as a drop off points for online returns, and they do not process exchanges or refunds on site.
- You can only return your item for a refund.
- All items (except nutrition and consumables) are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be dropped off in person at our store within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
- The original packaging must also be returned without any marks, labels, damage, or tape.
- Running Lab reserves the right to reject returns if the item or packaging isn't in resaleable condition.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method

For orders placed on or before 31 December 2025
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
For orders placed on or after 1 January 2026
Eligible returns will be refunded as online store credit with a six month validity period.
The store credit will be added to your Running Lab account once your return is approved.
Store credit can be used on Runninglab.com for any future order. Store credit cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be redeemed in retail stores.

During the BFCM sale period, items purchased with BFCM promo are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our next day delivery option will not be available during this time. We will process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, however delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays in order/shipping processing.

Shipping Information
- Once an order is placed, we are not able to amend or cancel your order.
- Running Lab holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.
- All orders are shipped from Singapore.
- No customs charges, duties or taxes on local orders.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. Based on past data, over 80% of our orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.
- Once shipped, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier, and we have no control over how they prioritise shipments. All orders are processed in sequence, with earlier orders typically handled first.
- Running Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Freight Forwarders
Running Lab does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances. If an order is inadvertently shipped to a freight forwarding address, we will be unable to offer support or assistance.

International Express Shipping - DHL Express
- Orders placed before 8:30am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
- Orders are fulfilled by DHL Express and are usually delivered within 3-5 days.

- DHL Express offers two delivery attempts free of charge. After two unsuccessful attempts, you will be able to pick up your shipment from DHL eCommerce Customer Centre.
International Economy Shipping - FedEx Economy
- Orders placed before 8:30am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
- Orders are fulfilled by FedEx and are usually delivered within 5-10 days.

International Customs and/or Duties
Shipping fees during checkout do not include customs taxes and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.
Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection, and any duties, taxes, and tariffs will follow local regulations. If these fees apply, you will need to pay them before parcel is released. These charges are not covered by Running Lab. Running Lab is not liable for any additional customs charges, duties or taxes arising from your order or delivery.
If you refuse or fail to claim the parcel, return fees (duties, taxes, etc.) will be charged to you before re-delivery. Please check the import duties, taxes and tariffs as well as any other charges or limits online prior to ordering. Running Lab is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).
International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

- Fill in the Return Request Form, and select 'Outdoor Venture Pte Ltd' as your return location. Once submitted, our team will provide the return address.
- International customers are responsible for the return shipping and any related costs.
- International customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred if a parcel is refused or returned to us for any reason.
- Ensure the shoe box is protected with outer packaging, as it's part of the product. Any damage to the box may result in your return being refused.
- Use a trackable, insured service for returns.
- Running Lab is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- If returning from outside Singapore, clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
- Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Running Lab.
