Shipping & Returns Policy

Local Shipping (Singapore)

Free standard shipping on orders S$100 and above. Orders placed before 8:30am (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

  • Standard (SPX Express): 3–5 business days
  • Express (DHL Express): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL Express (3–5 days) and FedEx Economy (5–10 days). Orders placed before 8:30am SGT (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or import charges — these are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination country.

General Shipping Notes

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders.
  • All orders are shipped from Singapore.


 

Returns

Online returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Fill in our Return Request Form to get started — our team will confirm before you drop off the item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Packaging must be free of marks, labels, tape, or damage. Nutrition and consumables are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

For orders placed on or after 1 January 2026, approved returns are refunded as online store credit with a six-month validity. Store credit can be used on Runninglab.com only — it cannot be used in-store or transferred to another account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on online orders. For in-store purchases, exchanges are accepted within 14 days at any Running Lab outlet with proof of purchase, provided the item is in original condition. In-store purchases are non-refundable.

International Returns

International customers may return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fill in the Return Request Form and select Outdoor Venture Pte Ltd as the return location — our team will share the return address upon approval.
