Must Use Caution When Removing
Tape Removal
Begin by peeling tape up at a corner. Hold skin down where tape is being pulled off with one hand while gently pulling tape up with the other hand. Remove slowly.
For Sensitive Skin or Strong Adhesive
In cases of sensitive skin or when the tape is difficult to remove, rub baby oil or olive oil into the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes and then slowly remove.

This means that our products have been designed and developed to contain fewer potential substances that can trigger allergic reactions. While our goal is to provide you products that wont cause any irritations, if you are known to have sensitive skin or prone to irritations we recommend testing a small piece of KT Tape applied with no stretch on tougher skin such as the knee or forearm before utilizing our product line.
