Just slip any size phone into the form fitting pouch, and close the Velcro fastener over it. Slide the armband up onto your forearm, the inside grip dots keep it in place so you can run, move and twist.
Medium: Fits forearm 9 1/2" - 12 1/2" in diameter
Fits all phone models and sizes.
Large: Fits forearm 13" - 16" in diameter
