Spiky balls are beneficial used by physical therapists and now more frequently by individuals, to perform self-therapy on varying muscles of the body, improving blood flow and to shorten recovery time. Spiky balls can be used on the feet, neck, back, shoulder, glutes & legs to help reduce tension and improve flexibility.
Simply place the Spiky Massage Ball on the specific area and slowly begin rolling forward and backward and by applying sustained pressure. Repeat the process for 1-2 minutes until muscle relaxes.
